Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with an original receipt ONLY. Please read the Eligibility Requirements to see if your item is eligible for return or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

 

  • Any returns & exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Any and all product(s) that are returned or exchanged must include a copy of your original receipt and the item to be returned or exchanged. Without these items, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
  • If item(s) purchased were marked as “clearance”, there are no returns or exchanges on these items.
  • Any returned or exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn, damaged and/or washed condition will not receive a refund or exchange and the worn/damaged/washed product(s) will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. 
  • No returns on swimwear.
  • Items must have original tag.
  • No returns on gift cards. 

 

Return and Exchange Terms

 

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility as the customer. Any shipping charges associated with returning or exchanging an order will not be refunded.
     
  • ShopSandestin.com cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock in the other size/color you want. If this occurs, the item will be refunded or another item may be selected. If the value of the exchanged item is more than the originally purchased item, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
